FTI Consulting is a provider of financial, forensic and litigation consulting services to
corporations, law firms and investors. With this prestigious clientele, it’s important
that FTI’s corporate marketing materials project a professional, high-qualit image.
FTI has 769 employees at 20 locations, making the distribution of materials complicated.
FTI recently introduced a new corporate identity and image standards. As part of this
re-branding effort, they asked Unique to print and distribute a large project consisting
of one 12-page brochure, one 8-page brochure, on 16-page brochure, twelve 1-page case
studies and a pocket folder. To ease the problems of distributing the materials to the many
FTI associates, Unique and Sefton created an Online Print Store allowing employees at all
locations to order the materials they need.
Conventional Printing:
As a company that has long prided itself on delivering the highest quality, Unique
Printers had the skill and expertise to bring the project designer’s ideas to reality.
Our pre-press department handled the scanning and re-touching. With our extensive
quality control, we could guarantee that there was a consistent look and quality
among all the various pieces.
Online Print Store:
Sefton created an Online Print Store that allows users at FTI’s many locations to order
materials they need. The Online Print Store automates the ordering process, eliminating
many repetitive tasks and reducing clerical work. Since employees are ordering only
the materials they need, there’s less waste. In addition to the new corporate identity
campaign, FTI is using the Online Print Store to give employees access to their annual
report, press releases and newsletters.
Fulfillment:
FTI uses Unique’s fulfillment services to store and distribute the different brochures.
This eliminated the need for storage space at FTI’s office and reduced their office staff’s
workload. Marketing materials were distributed to consultants at all of FTI’s offices
without using internal manpower.
