Navigant Consulting, a specialized independent
consulting firm providing services to government
agencies, legal counsel and large companies, has
quickly grown through numerous acquisitions. Today,
Navigant has more than 1,200 professional consultants
in 36 cities – as well as the significant logistical hurdles
that come with integration of its many associates,
locations and legacy systems.
Managing the ordering,
purchasing and distribution of corporate identity pieces
has understandably become a major challenge to
running an efficient and successful operation.
Charting a Course:

they do best – not a new idea, just a new approach.
We developed a customized Online Printstore that allows
Navigant’s thousands of employees to order corporate identity
and marketing materials directly from their many locations.
The Online Printstore currently contains ten distinct
categories including business cards, notepads, accounting
forms, marketing materials and holiday cards, most of which
are printed on an “as-needed” basis allowing us to
dramatically reduce their inventory and associated working
capital costs.
Those materials that we pre-printed – such as corporate
brochures, presentation folders and proposal covers – are
stored in our 25,000 square foot warehouse. As orders are
received through the Online Printstore, our fulfillment team
ships the materials from the warehoused stock and keeps an
up-to-date count of each item.This workflow has the benefit
of preventing unexpected shortages, eliminating the need for
on-site storage at Navigant, and frees up Navigant to focus on
their core business.
The end result is a system which
seamlessly manages corporate purchases
and expenses, tracks activity, empowers
our client, and ensures a powerfully
consistent corporate image. Less work
and greater efficiency for Navigant’s
