Setting up your company is easy. Unique and Sefton work with you to plan and then create your own branded Online Printstore website. You get a custom interface that matches your company’s branding. The site can be accessed through your Intranet or the Internet using a shared or custom URL.

Your Online Printstore can feature:

Ready-to-go materials you decide to offer are gathered and stored at a fulfillment warehouse, where they can be combined with your personalized print items and quickly distributed to any of your locations. Availability of online inventory and defined reorder points prevents items from being out of stock at a critical moment.

Once it’s live, Online Printstore is open 24x7 for orders, approvals, tracking, and reporting—from any computer with Internet access.

Workflow
The Online Printstore process starts by a user signing on and placing an order. Once an order is placed the purchasing manager gives approval, can change the order or can deny it. If approved, it is quickly delivered electronically to print experts for fulfillment using an automatic job ticket from the system. An online purchase order and tracking number assigned to each request make it easy to tell what’s been ordered, where it will ship, and what point it’s at in the distribution cycle. Purchasing managers or the user can quickly access this information at anytime.

Online Printstore has three access levels: User, Approver, and Fulfiller. Users are limited to order entry and tracking of individual orders. Approvers receive access to additional administrative features including approval of all orders, access to inventory, tracking screens and report generation. Fulfillers use the companion Fulfillment Center to access automated job tickets, shipping receipts, product updates and system alterations.
