Reporting
Information from Online Printstore can keep you informed and help you make
valuable decisions. Standard reports, available to your Purchasing Manager are
Inventory, Purchase Summaries, Order History and Current Order Status.
Charts allow you to graphically view usage or spend, with the ability to
drill down to see the monthly distribution for an item or the actual persons
who placed orders. Easily export charts to include in PowerPoint presentations
or other reporting tools.
An unlimited number of Custom reports are also available. If you need
specific office codes, cost centers or purchase order numbers on a particular
report, we can put them there. If you need information sorted by location, we
can do that automatically so it’s available at a click of a button. Custom
Reports can be accessed by your system users or purchasing managers.
